Condition on 2nd and 3rd picks:
- If both hit +5/+3 diamond in the roughs, Blues get Rangers' next available 1st round pick back.
- If one hits +5/+3, Blues get two 2nd round picks back.
- If one hits +2, Blues get one 2nd round pick back.
