FREEBIES: EX/LD/DI points that will be distributed. This is being done to combat how FHL generally hates giving anything in these categories.
a. Teams will get a specific amount of EX/LD points that can be applied in a certain way. Teams will have 15 EX and 15 LD points, for a total of 30. A player will be limited to only being able to go up by 5 EX and 5 LD, for a total of 10 points.
b. Each team will also now get 10 free DI points.
