To NYI: 1993 PHI 3rd (Conditional)



Conditions:

If 1993 PHI3 earns diamond (+5 OV) honors, PHI earns a 1994 2nd and 3rd pick from NYI.

If 1993 PHI3 earns diamond (+3 OV) honors, PHI earns a 1994 3rd pick from NYI.
