No buyouts allowed to ufa signed players until I find a better way to do it... So much cash flying around I don't want it to become a thing

So 7 teams went over the minutes on their goalies this season including myself... New rule change follows
At the end of the regular season, if a goalie is over the limit (4200 minutes), the team will be fined $2 million and the goalie will receive a league suspension of one game for every 30 minutes over the limit (rounded up). This suspension is immediate and will be served in the playoffs and/or carried over into the upcoming season. Example: Patrick Roy plays 4275 minutes - Suspension would be 3 games [75/30) = 2.50].
If the goalie is not with the team in the upcoming season (e.g retirement, traded, UFA/unresigned RFA), the team will be fined an additional $1 million for each suspension game remaining and the best player on the team will serve the remaining suspended game(s).

There will also be no more ufa rights trades after the playoffs. I have allowed this in the past but not any longer
