to LAK: $10mil with condition
to NJD: Alex Korolyuk (rerolls as 68b/19)
Condition: If Alex hits a 1-2 on the first reroll then LAK gets $40mil. Otherwise it remains $10mil (if NJD rerolls a second time it stays $10mil no matter result and NJD doesnt have to reroll the dude either).
